What is DEKK Core quality?
The DEKK Core Quality incorporates quality design and precision manufacturing to deliver a long-lasting and durable Rubber Track and Rubber Pad supported Australia wide with sales, parts, and technical expertise.
DEKK Rubber Tracks & Pads stock a wide range of rubber tracks to suit leading OEM brands of excavators, skid steers, dumpers & crawlers. Tread patterns are an important part of a track and DEKK rubber track tread patterns, have been designed to improve traction and reduce surface damage & vibration on all surfaces.
CONTINUOUSLY WOUND STEEL CABLES
The high strength, precision fitted steel core cables found inside rubber tracks determine their strength and durability. The steel core cables are continuously wound, which results in there being no joins or weak spots (commonly found in spiral wound cables). This adds strength and durability to our rubber tracks.
DEKK Rubber Tracks & Rubber Pads combine the best quality rubber compounds, both natural and synthetic, during the manufacturing process. This helps to produce the most durable and best-performing tracks in the business. We’re so confident in our rubber tracks’ quality that we’ve added an industry-first 24-month Full Replacement Warranty to our full range of Excavator Rubber Tracks.
PRECISION FITTED STEEL CORE BARS
What’s happening inside our rubber tracks is what really matters. DEKK Steel Core Bars are designed for maximum strength and are precision fitted and aligned within the molded rubber to reduce the risk of detracking and extend the life of the track.
Rubber Pads maximize the versatility of earth-moving and construction machines. Rubber pads can be easily fitted to existing steel tracked machinery such as excavators, profilers and drills and alleviate surface damage, reduce vibration, and improve traction on your machine.
DEKK Rubber Pads are designed with a heavy-duty, 4mm steel core, providing greater strength & minimal pad flex. The high standard vulcanization process used in the manufacturing process, also reduces delamination, a common occurrence with many other competitor rubber pads.
